• Does InnerFans have an App?
  Yes! InnerFans is a Progressive Web App (PWA).
  
  On iOS: Open InnerFans in Safari, tap the Share icon, then select Add to Home Screen.
  On Android: Open InnerFans in Chrome, tap the three dots menu, then tap Install App or Add to Home Screen.
  This gives you a full app-like experience with an icon on your home screen, quick access, and push notifications (if enabled)!
• What is InnerFans?
  InnerFans is a family-friendly subscription platform where creators can share exclusive content and connect with their fans using a unique, secure credits system (InnerCredits). Fans support creators with subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content. Learn more on our home page.
• How do I create an account?
  Click Sign Up on the homepage. Fill in your details, verify your email, and set up your profile. If you're a creator, you’ll also need to complete our verification process.
• Is InnerFans available worldwide?
  Yes, InnerFans is available in most countries, except where prohibited by law, embargo, or international sanction. Some features (like payouts) may have regional restrictions.

Account & Security

• How do I reset my password?
  Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email, and we'll send instructions to reset your password. If you have trouble, contact support.
• How is my privacy protected?
  Your privacy is our top priority. We use encryption, secure storage, and strict access controls. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
• How do I delete my account?
  In order to delete your account, contact support. Please note this action is irreversible.

InnerCredits & Payments

• What payment methods do you accept?
  You can purchase InnerCredits with all major credit and debit cards, as well as over 300 different cryptocurrencies (including USDT, ETH, BTC, and more) – all supported by InnerCredits.com. This gives you maximum flexibility and privacy for funding your account. Simply select your desired payment method at checkout.
• How do I purchase InnerCredits?
  On InnerFans, go to your Wallet tab and click the Continue to purchase InnerCredits button, which will direct you to InnerCredits.com to complete your purchase. You can also visit InnerCredits.com. InnerFans accounts and InnerCredits accounts are the same. If you create an account on InnerCredits, that will be your Innerfans account too, where you will have available InnerCredits to spend on the Platform. Once you are on your Wallet page on InnerCredits.com, select your preferred amount and complete payment with a supported method. InnerCredits are then added to your InnerFans wallet instantly.
• Can I get a refund for unused InnerCredits?
  All purchases of InnerCredits are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or in cases of technical error or proven fraud. See our Terms of Service for details.
• How do I check my InnerCredits balance?
  Login to your account, go to your wallet, and your current InnerCredits balance will be displayed at the top.
• How do I tip a creator?
  You can tip a creator using the diamond icon on their profile, the Send a tip button below each post, or via the 3-dot menu in the messages tab.
• How much can I tip a Creator?
  You can tip up to 1,000 InnerCredits per transaction.
  For reference: $1 USD = 10 InnerCredits. That means the max single tip is equivalent to $100 USD.
  Please note: your daily and account-level spending limits may apply. Larger tips and higher limits may be available for trusted users in good standing.
• How will payments made on InnerFans appear on my card statements?
  Payments will appear as InnerCredits on your card statement.
• How do I use the InnerFans Wallet?
  Wallet Credit transactions are instant and easy. Add funds via the Wallet page of your profile. Use your InnerCredits balance to subscribe to creators, send tips, or unlock paid content and messages without making a credit card transaction every time. Your wallet will also be used for subscription renewals as long as you have sufficient InnerCredits.

For Fans

• How do I find a creator?
  Use the search bar at the top of the site (right side if on Desktop) or browse recommended creators on the homepage (Desktop only). You can also explore categories and trending creators.
• How do I subscribe to a creator?
  Visit the creator’s profile and click the Subscribe button. Choose your preferred subscription tier and complete the purchase using your InnerCredits.
• Why did my subscription auto renew?
  All subscriptions renew automatically using your InnerCredits balance to ensure uninterrupted access. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
• How do I cancel a subscription?
  Go to your Subscriptions page, select the creator, click on the 3 dot menu button, then click on Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current period.
• Can I share personal information with Creators?
  For your own safety and privacy, we strongly advise against sharing personal information (such as your real name, contact info, or social media) with creators or other users.
• Can I download or copy content from innerFans?
  No. Downloading, copying, or redistributing creator content is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action. Enjoy all content within the platform as intended.

For Creators

• How many Creator accounts can I have on innerFans?
  You may have up to 3 Creator accounts per person.
• Why was my Creator account application rejected?
  Applications may be rejected if the verification documents are unclear, incomplete, or invalid; if the information provided does not match your ID; or if your country is not supported. Please review your application and resubmit with accurate, clear documentation.
• Why was my content deactivated?
  Content may be deactivated for violating our Content Standards or Terms of Service, including (but not limited to) posting prohibited, explicit, hateful, or illegal material. Please review our guidelines and contact support if you believe this was a mistake.
• Can I post AI content on innerFans?
  You may sell your AI-generated art and content as long as it is NOT NSFW or adult material and it fully complies with our Terms of Service and content guidelines.
• Can I post AI-generated, altered, or enhanced content of someone else on innerFans?
  No. Uploading or selling AI-generated, altered, or enhanced content depicting other individuals is not permitted on InnerFans.
• Can I use AI chatbots or AI-generated chat content in chats or direct messages?
  No. The use of AI chatbots or AI-generated conversation in direct messages or chat features is not allowed on InnerFans.
• How do I become a Creator?
  Register, then go to Settings > Verify. Submit required identity and tax documents. Once verified, you can start posting and earning.
• How do payouts work?
  Creators receive 80% of their earnings in InnerCredits. Once you reach the minimum payout amount and pass verification, request a payout to your chosen payment method. Payouts are processed weekly.
• What content am I allowed to post?
  Only family-friendly, legal, and non-explicit content is allowed. Please review our Content Standards before posting.
• Can I set different subscription tiers?
  Yes! Set up multiple subscription tiers with different prices and benefits in your dashboard under Subscription Settings.
