1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply. In addition, definitions provided elsewhere in these Terms or referenced documents are incorporated herein by reference.

  • “Platform”: The InnerFans website, including all domains, subdomains, mobile applications, APIs, and related online services provided or operated by InnerFans.
  • “User”: Any individual, entity, or organization, including but not limited to Creators and Fans, who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the Platform in any manner, whether or not an Account is created.
  • “Account”: A unique profile created by a User for the purposes of accessing, using, or managing features of the Platform, including but not limited to content publication, subscription management, or payment processing.
  • “Creator”: A User who has completed enhanced verification and is authorized to publish, distribute, and monetize content to Fans via the Platform. Creators may be individuals, groups, or organizations, provided all identification and verification requirements are met.
  • “Fan”: A User who subscribes to, purchases, or otherwise supports Creators on the Platform through the use of InnerCredits.
  • “InnerCredits”: The proprietary, Platform-specific, virtual credit system used for all monetary transactions on InnerFans, including but not limited to subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, and other features. InnerCredits are purchased externally via InnerCredits.com and transferred into User wallets for use on the Platform. InnerCredits have no cash or fiat value outside the Platform and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • “Content”: All forms of information, media, or materials uploaded, posted, published, sent, received, or otherwise made available on or through the Platform, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, audio, video, livestreams, graphics, messages, comments, metadata, and underlying code.
  • “Subscription”: A recurring payment arrangement by which a Fan provides InnerCredits to a Creator in exchange for access to exclusive or gated content for a defined period.
  • “Pay-Per-View (PPV)”: Content on the Platform that requires a one-time payment by a Fan (using InnerCredits) for access, regardless of ongoing subscription status.
  • “Tips”: Voluntary, non-refundable, non-reversible one-time payments made by a Fan to a Creator using InnerCredits as a gesture of appreciation or support.
  • “Agreement” or “Terms”: This legally binding contract between you and InnerFans, incorporating all referenced documents and policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • “Third Party”: Any individual, entity, or organization not a party to this Agreement, including but not limited to payment processors, advertisers, or external service providers.
  • “Verification”: The process by which InnerFans confirms the identity, eligibility, and compliance of Users (especially Creators) as required by law, regulation, or Platform policy.
  • “Wallet”: The digital account associated with a User’s Platform profile in which InnerCredits are stored and managed.
  • “Payout”: The process by which Creators may convert earned InnerCredits into monetary payments, subject to Platform fees, minimum thresholds, verification, and applicable law.
  • “Policy”: Any rule, guideline, or notice published by InnerFans and referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Content Standards, and Fee Schedule.
  • “Force Majeure”: Any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of InnerFans, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, civil unrest, government regulation, or natural disaster, that prevents fulfillment of Platform obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of InnerFans, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, all referenced and incorporated policies, and any future amendments as described herein. If you do not agree with any aspect of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform may update, revise, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 21 (“Modifications to Terms”). Material changes will be communicated via Platform announcement or email notification, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

If you register, access, or use the Platform on behalf of a legal entity (such as a business, partnership, or organization), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and all references to “you” or “your” herein shall include such entity.


3. Eligibility

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Platform is not available to, and may not be used by, individuals or entities in jurisdictions where use or access is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

You may not use the Platform if you are a person with whom transactions are prohibited under economic or trade sanctions, including but not limited to those maintained by the United States Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You further represent and warrant that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

3.4 Platform Discretion

InnerFans reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, including for Users who fail to meet eligibility requirements or who violate Platform policy.


4. Account Registration, Security, and Verification

4.1 Account Creation

  • To access most features of InnerFans, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to a valid email address, secure password, and (for Creators) verification documents.
  • You must not use false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration. Doing so is grounds for immediate suspension or termination.
  • You are responsible for maintaining and updating your Account information as necessary to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

4.2 Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.
  • You agree to promptly notify InnerFans of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or misuse of your Account.
  • InnerFans is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4.3 Creator Verification

  • Creators must complete enhanced verification before publishing or monetizing content. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Submission of a valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card).
    • A selfie or other biometric verification as required by Platform policy.
    • Disclosure of legal name, address, and (where required) tax identification number.
    • Completion of any tax forms or declarations required by law.
  • InnerFans may request additional verification documents or perform ongoing checks at any time. Failure to comply may result in suspension, withholding of payments, or termination.

4.4 Multiple Accounts

You may not create or control more than one Account, except as expressly authorized by InnerFans. Use of multiple Accounts to circumvent Platform restrictions or for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Account Transfer

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account, except with prior written consent from InnerFans.


5. InnerCredits System

The InnerFans Platform operates exclusively on the InnerCredits system, a proprietary virtual credit mechanism that underpins all transactions, including but not limited to subscriptions, pay-per-view content, and tips. InnerCredits must be purchased externally via our partner website, InnerCredits.com. Users are responsible for ensuring they understand and comply with all policies governing the acquisition and use of InnerCredits.

5.1 Purchasing InnerCredits

  • Fans may purchase InnerCredits solely through InnerCredits.com, subject to that site’s terms and conditions. Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or other options as supported and permitted by local law.
  • Purchases are denominated in local currency, with the equivalent value credited to the User’s Wallet as InnerCredits. The exchange rate between fiat currency and InnerCredits is displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated at any time at InnerFans’ or InnerCredits.com's sole discretion.
  • InnerFans is not responsible for delays or errors in crediting purchased InnerCredits due to third-party payment processor issues, technical malfunctions, or incomplete transactions.

5.2 Use of InnerCredits

  • All transactions on InnerFans require InnerCredits, including subscriptions, tipping, pay-per-view content, and special platform features.
  • InnerCredits are non-transferable between Users, non-refundable except as required by law or these Terms, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash by Fans.
  • Creators may only receive InnerCredits through Fan transactions and may not purchase credits for themselves or others to artificially inflate earnings or engagement.

5.3 Credit Management and Wallet

  • Each User’s Wallet reflects the current balance of available InnerCredits. It is the responsibility of Users to monitor their balances and maintain sufficient credits for desired transactions.
  • If a User attempts a transaction with insufficient InnerCredits, the transaction will not be completed. Recurring subscriptions may be suspended until the Wallet is recharged.
  • InnerFans reserves the right to deduct InnerCredits from a Wallet in cases of chargeback, refund, or breach of these Terms.

5.4 Dormant Balances and Expiry

  • InnerCredits do not expire for active Users. However, if an Account remains inactive (no logins or transactions) for 24 consecutive months, InnerFans may deduct a monthly inactivity fee from the Wallet until the balance is depleted, unless prohibited by law.

5.5 Fraud Prevention and Compliance

  • Purchasing InnerCredits with stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, reversal of credits, and reporting to authorities.
  • InnerFans and InnerCredits.com reserve the right to conduct anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and compliance checks on all transactions. Users must cooperate with any such investigation.

6. Subscriptions, Transactions & Payment Terms

The Platform enables Fans to enter into subscription agreements with Creators, send tips, and purchase pay-per-view content. These features are designed to facilitate recurring support, one-time expressions of appreciation, and the purchase of special content.

6.1 Subscription Agreements

  • By subscribing to a Creator, a Fan agrees to provide recurring InnerCredits payments for gated access to exclusive content and/or community features as set by the Creator.
  • Creators may offer different subscription tiers, each with its own pricing, benefits, and term length. All terms are disclosed at the point of transaction.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or otherwise), unless the Fan cancels the subscription before renewal. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current paid period.
  • InnerFans is not responsible for the failure of a Creator to deliver specific content or benefits, but will investigate good-faith complaints and may take action at its sole discretion.

6.2 Pay-Per-View (PPV) Content

  • Creators may offer individual pieces of content (photos, videos, messages, livestreams, or bundles) for a one-time InnerCredits payment. PPV content may be offered to all Fans, only to subscribers, or in private messages.
  • The price of PPV content is set by the Creator within Platform guidelines and is disclosed before purchase. Once purchased, access is generally granted for as long as the Creator account and content remain active.

6.3 Tips and Gifts

  • Fans may voluntarily send tips to Creators as a form of appreciation. Tips are non-refundable, non-reversible, and may be accompanied by a message visible to the Creator.
  • InnerFans may offer virtual gifts or badges purchasable with InnerCredits that are displayed in Fan or Creator profiles, chat, or content areas.

6.4 Transaction Processing and Receipts

  • All transactions are processed in real time and reflected in the respective Wallets of the Fan and Creator. Detailed receipts are available in the User’s account dashboard.
  • InnerFans reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or investigate any suspicious transaction, including for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

6.5 Platform Fees and Revenue Share

  • InnerFans retains a 20% platform fee on all Fan-to-Creator transactions (subscriptions, PPV, tips). The remaining 80% accrues as earnings to the Creator, subject to applicable payout policies and minimums.
  • Fee rates are subject to change, with notice provided to Creators via Platform announcement or email.

6.6 Payouts to Creators

  • Creators may request payouts of their available earnings (in fiat currency or cryptocurrency, as supported) once the minimum payout threshold is reached and all verification steps are complete.
  • Payout methods may include ACH, wire transfer, PayPal, or other third-party services, subject to availability and applicable fees.
  • Payouts are processed weekly, except in cases of compliance review, disputes, or unresolved chargebacks. Processing times may vary based on method, location, and banking holidays.
  • InnerFans may withhold or delay payouts pending investigation of suspicious or prohibited activity. If a chargeback occurs after payout, InnerFans may deduct the corresponding amount from future earnings or seek reimbursement directly.

6.7 Taxes and Withholding

  • Creators are solely responsible for all taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments associated with their earnings. InnerFans will issue required tax forms (such as 1099-NEC for U.S. persons) and report earnings as required by law.
  • Creators must provide accurate tax identification and information, and update such information as necessary. Failure to comply may result in withholding, delayed payouts, or account suspension.

6.8 Refunds and Chargebacks

  • All sales of InnerCredits, subscriptions, tips, and PPV content are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or in cases of proven fraud or technical error. (See Section 15 for detailed policy.)
  • Fans experiencing unauthorized transactions or technical issues must contact support within 30 days of the transaction for review. Excessive or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Creator Obligations and Rights

7.1 Content Standards and Compliance

  • Creators must only publish original content or content for which they have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions. Violation of copyright, trademark, or publicity/privacy rights is strictly prohibited.
  • Creators must comply with all Platform Content Standards (see Section 9), including but not limited to prohibitions on adult content, illegal material, and harassment.
  • Creators are responsible for moderating their own communities and interacting with Fans respectfully and professionally.

7.2 Engagement and Fulfillment

  • Creators are expected to deliver content and benefits promised to subscribers in a timely and consistent manner. Failure to do so may result in Fan complaints, refunds, or account review.
  • Creators should respond to Fan messages and requests within reasonable timeframes, but are not obligated to fulfill all custom content requests or respond to all messages.

7.3 Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • Creators are responsible for understanding and adhering to all local, state, national, and international laws applicable to their content and business activities, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, and tax laws.
  • Creators must not use the Platform to facilitate illegal activities, solicit prohibited services, or evade legal obligations.

7.4 Payout Eligibility and Records

  • Creators must maintain accurate records of their earnings and comply with all verification and tax requirements to be eligible for payouts.
  • InnerFans may withhold or delay payouts in cases of incomplete verification, fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory review.

7.5 Account Suspension and Termination

  • InnerFans reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Creator's account at any time for violation of these Terms, law, or Platform policies, including but not limited to repeated fan complaints or content violations.
  • Upon termination, any unpaid earnings may be forfeited or withheld for up to 180 days to resolve pending disputes, chargebacks, or regulatory obligations.

8. Fan Obligations and Rights

8.1 Platform Use and Conduct

  • Fans must use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.
  • Fans may not redistribute, record, or share Creator content outside the Platform or for commercial purposes without explicit authorization.
  • Fans must not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or defraud Creators or other Users.

8.2 Payments and Refunds

  • Fans are responsible for maintaining a sufficient InnerCredits balance for all desired transactions and renewing subscriptions.
  • Fans acknowledge that all transactions are final and non-refundable except as provided in Section 15.

8.3 Reporting and Support

  • Fans may report content, conduct, or technical issues using the Platform’s reporting tools or by contacting support. Reports will be investigated in accordance with Platform policy and applicable law.
  • Fans are entitled to receive customer support for billing, technical, or policy questions via designated support channels.

8.4 Account Suspension and Termination

  • InnerFans may suspend or terminate Fan accounts for policy violations, excessive chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct.
  • Suspended or terminated Fans may lose access to purchased content and forfeit remaining InnerCredits, except as required by law.

9. Platform Content Standards

InnerFans is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment. All content published, shared, or distributed on the Platform by any User must comply with these Content Standards and all applicable law.

9.1 Permitted Content

  • Creative, informative, educational, wellness, entertainment, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content is encouraged.
  • Content that promotes healthy discussion, inclusivity, respect, and personal development is welcome.
  • All content must be appropriate for general audiences and must not violate any Platform rules or applicable law.

9.2 Prohibited Content

  • Sexually explicit material, nudity, pornography, or sexual services of any kind.
  • Content involving or referencing minors in an inappropriate, explicit, or exploitative context.
  • Violence, threats, self-harm, or content promoting or glorifying dangerous acts.
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discriminatory content targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected class.
  • Content that is defamatory, false, misleading, or constitutes slander or libel.
  • Unlawful, stolen, infringing, or unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property, including text, images, music, video, or trademarks.
  • Spam, phishing, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive/fraudulent practices.
  • Promotion of illegal substances, weapons, or activities, including gambling, hacking, or cybercrime.
  • Content that invades privacy, reveals personal information without consent, or impersonates any person or entity.
  • Content that encourages or facilitates any activity that is illegal, unsafe, or in violation of Platform policies.

9.3 Moderation and Reporting

  • InnerFans uses a combination of automated systems and human moderation to detect and address violations of Content Standards.
  • Users may report content or conduct that violates these Standards using Platform tools or by contacting support.
  • Reported content may be subject to review, restriction, removal, or account-level enforcement actions, up to and including suspension or termination.

9.4 Appeals

  • Users may appeal moderation decisions by submitting a detailed request through support channels. Appeals will be reviewed by a different moderator or team member.
  • InnerFans will provide a summary of the decision and outcome when possible, but reserves the right to refuse or limit appeals deemed abusive, repetitive, or in bad faith.

10. Prohibited Uses and Activities

The following uses and activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, forfeiture of credits, and legal action.

  • Creating fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts or identities.
  • Impersonating any person, entity, or representative of InnerFans.
  • Circumventing content restrictions, paywalls, or account bans by any means, including VPNs, proxies, or multiple accounts.
  • Automating access to or interaction with the Platform via bots, scripts, or scraping tools without written authorization.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other Users' accounts, or Platform infrastructure.
  • Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any suspicious financial activity.
  • Using the Platform to solicit, facilitate, or promote illegal or dangerous activities.
  • Uploading malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.
  • Soliciting or distributing personal, financial, or confidential information from other Users for nefarious purposes.
  • Engaging in coordinated attacks, harassment, brigading, or manipulation of Platform features.
  • Reselling, transferring, or sublicensing access to the Platform or its content without explicit written permission.
  • Exploiting Platform bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintentional features for personal or commercial gain ("white hat" researchers may report vulnerabilities to support).

11. Content Ownership, Licensing, and Intellectual Property

11.1 User Content Ownership

Creators retain all rights, title, and interest in the original content they upload or publish to the Platform, subject to the licenses and permissions granted herein. Fans and other Users do not acquire ownership of any Creator content by virtue of purchase or subscription.

11.2 License to InnerFans

By uploading, posting, or making content available on the Platform, you grant InnerFans a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your content solely for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the Platform and associated services. This license does not permit InnerFans to sell or license your content to third parties outside these purposes without your explicit consent.

11.3 License to Fans

When Fans purchase or subscribe to content, they are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to view and access the purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only, and only as long as both the Fan account and the Creator content remain active on the Platform.

11.4 Restrictions

  • Fans may not download, copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from Creator content except as expressly permitted by the Platform’s sharing features or by written consent.
  • Content may not be used for commercial purposes, public display, or outside the Platform environment.

11.5 Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, its design, code, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and all non-User-generated content (collectively, "InnerFans IP") remain the exclusive property of InnerFans and its licensors.

11.6 Third Party Content

The Platform may display or link to content owned by third parties. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, and InnerFans is not liable for such content.

11.7 Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright or other intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Platform, you may submit a notice as described in Section 12.


12. DMCA and Copyright Policy

12.1 DMCA Compliance

InnerFans complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responds to valid takedown notices regarding alleged copyright infringement.

12.2 Submitting a Notice

If you are a copyright holder or an agent thereof and believe that any content on InnerFans infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent at dmca<at>innerfans.com including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform, including direct URLs if possible.
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address).
  • A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

12.3 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification as provided by the DMCA.

12.4 Repeat Infringers

InnerFans will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.


13. Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 Privacy Policy Integration

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights and choices regarding your data.

13.2 Data Security

  • InnerFans employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure payment processing.
  • No system is completely secure; you acknowledge and accept that any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

13.3 User Rights

  • Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by contacting us here.
  • Requests will be honored as required by law and as described in our Privacy Policy.

13.4 Data Retention

  • We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests.

13.5 Third Parties

  • InnerFans may share personal data with third-party service providers for payment processing, infrastructure, analytics, or other necessary services as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • InnerFans does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

14.1 Suspension and Termination by InnerFans

  • InnerFans may suspend or terminate any Account at any time for violation of these Terms, law, or Platform policy, or for suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
  • InnerFans will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users, but is not required to do so in cases of severe or ongoing violations.

14.2 Account Deletion by User

  • You may delete your account at any time by sending a account deletion request via our contact form. Deletion is generally irreversible, except as required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
  • Upon deletion, your access to the Platform, content, and any remaining InnerCredits may be forfeited. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business interests.

14.3 Effects of Suspension or Termination

  • All access to the Platform is revoked for suspended or terminated accounts.
  • Outstanding Creator earnings may be held for up to 180 days for chargeback or compliance review.
  • Any remaining InnerCredits in a terminated Fan account may be forfeited, except as required by law.

14.4 Appeals and Reinstatement

  • Users may appeal account suspension or termination by contacting support with a detailed explanation. InnerFans is not required to reinstate suspended or terminated accounts.

15. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

15.1 Refund Policy

  • All purchases of InnerCredits, subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or in cases of proven fraud or technical error by the Platform.
  • Refunds for unauthorized transactions or technical errors must be requested within 30 days of the transaction and will be subject to investigation and verification by InnerFans.

15.2 Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in account suspension, forfeiture of credits, or legal action.
  • If a chargeback occurs after Innercredits are spent, InnerFans reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount from future earnings or seek reimbursement directly from the User.

15.3 Dispute Resolution Process

  • Users must first attempt to resolve disputes regarding transactions, content, or policy enforcement through Platform support channels.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated as described in Section 20 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution).

15.4 Fan and Creator Responsibilities

  • Fans are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring they have sufficient InnerCredits for renewal.
  • Creators are responsible for delivering promised content and benefits; failure to do so may result in fan-initiated refund requests, loss of earnings, or account review.

16. Platform Changes, Availability, and Maintenance

16.1 Changes to Platform Features

  • InnerFans reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or its features at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
  • Material changes to core features or policies will be communicated to Users via Platform announcements, email notifications, or account messages.
  • InnerFans is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes, removal, or discontinuation of features or services.

16.2 Scheduled Maintenance and Downtime

  • InnerFans may perform scheduled maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect Platform availability. Notice will be provided in advance when possible.
  • Unscheduled outages may occur due to technical failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond InnerFans’ control.
  • InnerFans is not liable for any loss, data corruption, or damages resulting from downtime or maintenance periods.

16.3 Data Loss and Backups

  • While InnerFans takes reasonable measures to protect and backup data, Users are responsible for keeping local records of critical information and content.
  • InnerFans is not responsible for loss of content or data due to technical issues, hacking, or force majeure events.

17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

17.1 Platform Provided “As Is”

The Platform, including all content, features, and services, is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

17.2 No Warranties

  • InnerFans disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, security, or non-infringement.
  • InnerFans does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  • No advice, information, or communication from InnerFans, whether oral or written, shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

17.3 Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerFans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • InnerFans’ total cumulative liability for any claim, loss, or damages shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid by the User to InnerFans in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InnerFans, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, costs, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform;
  • Your content, conduct, or interactions with other Users;
  • Your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party;
  • Any dispute between you and another User, including but not limited to Fans, Creators, or third parties.

InnerFans reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate as reasonably requested.


  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and rules regarding your use of the Platform.
  • You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any portion of the Platform except as permitted under applicable law.
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. or EU embargo, sanctions, or export restrictions, nor are you on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • InnerFans may restrict or terminate access to the Platform for Users in sanctioned or embargoed countries or for those involved in prohibited activities.

20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  • Most disputes can be resolved informally by contacting InnerFans support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and InnerFans agree to resolve any claim, controversy, or dispute by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
  • You and InnerFans waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
  • Notwithstanding the above, InnerFans may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property or confidentiality.

20.1 Time Limitation

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises, or be forever barred.


21. Modifications to Terms

  • InnerFans may update, revise, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the Platform or as otherwise communicated to Users.
  • Material changes will be notified by email, Platform announcement, or account message. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

22. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and all referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and InnerFans and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without InnerFans’ prior written consent. InnerFans may assign these Terms freely.
  • Waiver: Failure by InnerFans to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Force Majeure: InnerFans is not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
  • Headings: Headings and section numbers are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
